Point Vault to the parent folder containing your department directories.

Search or browse

Filter by Department, Equipment and Manufacturing Code, or type a code directly.

Autocomplete shows codes with their Department and Equipment context. Enter an exact code to load it immediately.

Vault detects files associated with the current manufacturing code and enables the relevant access controls automatically.

Open DWG and DXF files with the configured Windows application
Open PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS and XLSX documents
Open PPSD project files
Open the current manufacturing-code folder in File Explorer
Refresh after files are added, renamed or removed

Before you begin

Prepare a compatible data folder

Vault requires the Department / Equipment / Manufacturing Code hierarchy shown above. Choosing the wrong root folder will open the application without showing data.

XLSX export uses Microsoft Excel automation; install Microsoft Excel if you need this format. CSV and TXT export remain available separately.
